{"id":10595,"date":"2013-10-26T19:25:56","date_gmt":"2013-10-26T17:25:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bitsrojiverdes.org\/wordpress\/?p=10595"},"modified":"2013-10-27T13:12:51","modified_gmt":"2013-10-27T12:12:51","slug":"ee-uu-despliega-su-escudo-antimisiles-en-rumania-una-nueva-guerra-fria-a-la-vista","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bitsrojiverdes.org\/wordpress\/?p=10595","title":{"rendered":"EE.UU. despliega su escudo antimisiles en Ruman?a: ?Una nueva Guerra Fr?a a la vista?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La construcci?n de la nueva parte del escudo antimisiles de la OTAN que arranca este lunes en la antigua base a?rea Deveselu de Rumania, a unos 100 kil?metros de Bucarest, puede arrastar al mundo a una nueva Guerra Fr?a, auguran los expertos.<\/p>\n<p><iframe src='http:\/\/actualidad.rt.com\/view\/video_frame\/109636' width='630' height='354'><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>De conformidad con el acuerdo bilateral de misiles antibal?sticos firmado en el 2011, la instalaci?n del &#8216;componente rumano&#8217; del Sistema de Defensa de Estados Unidos contra Misiles Bal?sticos en Europa prev? el despliegue en Rumania para 2015 del sistema multifuncional antia?reo Aegis equipado con los misiles interceptores Standard Missile 3 (SM-3) y sus modificaciones. <\/p>\n<p>Al mismo tiempo, Washington se niega a proporcionar garant?as jur?dicamente vinculantes, como le pide Mosc?, de que los misiles de la Alianza Atl?ntica, como el Block 1B o los modelos modificados &#8216;Standard Missile&#8217;, no ir?n dirigidos contra las fuerzas nucleares estrat?gicas de Rusia, mermando de esa forma su capacidad de disuasi?n.   <\/p>\n<p>El analista internacional Juan Luis Gonz?lez P?rez cree que el sistema ya no cumple con los objetivos que le fueron asignados. \u00abEst? demostrado que es una amenaza contra Rusia\u00bb, explica el experto, agregando que pese a las manifestaciones de la OTAN, el escudo antimisiles puede ser utilizado como una arma ofensiva, al eliminar la capacidad de respuesta del pa?s atacado. <\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, la realizaci?n de este programa puede da?ar gravemente las relaciones bilaterales entre Rusia y Europa, arrastrando de nuevo al mundo a una confrontaci?n como la de la Guerra Fr?a, concluye el experto.  <\/p>\n<p>El plan de despliegue del sistema de defensa antimisiles de la OTAN, aprobado en la cumbre de la OTAN en Lisboa de 2010, contemplaba su instalaci?n en cuatro etapas hasta el a?o 2020.
