{"id":10647,"date":"2013-11-23T16:55:10","date_gmt":"2013-11-23T15:55:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bitsrojiverdes.org\/wordpress\/?p=10647"},"modified":"2019-02-20T19:22:16","modified_gmt":"2019-02-20T18:22:16","slug":"lavrov-por-primera-vez-en-muchos-anos-el-sexteto-e-iran-pueden-llegar-a-un-acuerdo-real","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bitsrojiverdes.org\/wordpress\/?p=10647","title":{"rendered":"Lavrov: Por primera vez en muchos a\u00f1os, el Sexteto e Ir\u00e1n pueden llegar a un acuerdo real"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>Durante la reuni\u00f3n en Ginebra, el canciller ruso, Sergu\u00e9i Lavrov, ha debatido las prespectivas del programa nuclear de Ir\u00e1n con su hom\u00f3logo iran\u00ed, Mohammad Yavad Zarif.<\/h4>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/actualidad.rt.com\/view\/video_frame\/112208\" width=\"630\" height=\"354\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>\u201cRusia seguir\u00e1 contribuyendo a la firma de un acuerdo que se ajuste a los intereses de todas las partes implicadas en las negociaciones, y seguir\u00e1 fortaleciendo la estabilidad y seguridad en el mundo\u201d, recalc\u00f3 Lavrov.<\/p>\n<p>Desde el 20 de noviembre el Sexteto (Rusia, EE.UU., China, el Reino Unido, Francia y Alemania) e Ir\u00e1n mantienen negociaciones en Ginebra sobre el programa nuclear de la Rep\u00fablica Isl\u00e1mica.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan fuentes diplom\u00e1ticas, este viernes fue alcanzado un compromiso sobre una de las principales cuestiones de las conversaciones, el reconocimiento del derecho de Ir\u00e1n a enriquecer uranio.<\/p>\n<p>Este s\u00e1bado se celebra la siguiente ronda de conversaciones, que contempla la reuni\u00f3n de los cancilleres del Sexteto y de la Rep\u00fablica Isl\u00e1mica.<\/p>\n<p>Coincidiendo con la ronda decisiva de las conversaciones en Ginebra, el canciller ruso, Sergu\u00e9i Lavrov, se reuni\u00f3 con su hom\u00f3logo estadounidense, John Kerry, para discutir las perspectivas del programa nuclear iran\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>El canciller brit\u00e1nico, William Hague, recalc\u00f3 la \u201cimportancia vital\u201d de las negociaciones, aunque dijo que persisten las discrepancias. \u201cNo estamos aqu\u00ed porque las negociaciones hayan concluido, sino porque son complicadas\u201d, dijo el ministro a la prensa.<\/p>\n<p>Entre las cuestiones m\u00e1s espinosas se abordar\u00e1 el funcionamiento del reactor de agua pesada en la ciudad de Arak, donde, seg\u00fan algunos analistas, podr\u00eda obtenerse plutonio militar. Mientras tanto, Ir\u00e1n insiste en que el enriquecimiento de uranio es una \u201dl\u00ednea roja\u201d infranqueable en las conversaciones, y esgrime que el reactor de Arak tiene objetivos cient\u00edficos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl derecho iran\u00ed a enriquecer uranio debe quedar estipulado en cualquier acuerdo. Quiero asegurar a nuestros ciudadanos que nunca se detendr\u00e1 el enriquecimiento de uranio\u201d, dijo el canciller iran\u00ed Mohammad Yavad Zarif, recalcando que su pa\u00eds no ceder\u00e1 ante demandas que considere \u201cexcesivas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, el viceministro ruso, Sergu\u00e9i Riabkov, calific\u00f3 de injustificados los intentos de algunos medios occidentales de responsabilizar a Ir\u00e1n por la falta de progreso en las negociaciones de Ginebra.<\/p>\n<p>El analista internacional Juan Luis Gonz\u00e1lez P\u00e9rez considera que el acuerdo es esta vez inminente, sobre todo, tras el paso de gigante que supone el reconocimiento del derecho de Teher\u00e1n a enriquecer uranio.
