As? las cosas, en plena campa?a pro refer?ndum para la reforma constitucional, al presidente venezolano incluso le viene bien mantener la tensi?n con Espa?a para afianzar su imagen de poder?o e independencia y emular a Bol?var cuando se plant? frente a Fernando VII y proclam? la independencia de Venezuela. Probablemente la diplomacia espa?ola espere que tras la segura victoria del gobierno bolivariano en el refer?ndum las aguas vuelvan a su cauce, pero el riesgo a asumir es demasiado alto, si un fuego no se ataca a tiempo es posible que cuando se haga, ya sea demasiado tarde y tengamos al rey Juan Carlos provocando inconvenientes en las relaciones internacionales y causando estragos a empresas espa?olas por no saber jugar correctamente el papel que la actual constituci?n le tiene encomendado. Personalmente dudo incluso de que puedan celebrarse m?s cumbres iberoamericanas como la de Santiago de Chile, o bien puedan hacerlo con significativas bajas en los pa?ses que se alinean en la izquierda m?s transformadora.
