Sin embargo, ayer mismo el general Petraeus, m\u00e1ximo responsable militar de la invasi\u00f3n, calific\u00f3 la situaci\u00f3n de\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.lne.es\/secciones\/noticia.jsp?pRef=2008040900_44_625094__Internacional-jefe-militar-Irak-admite-progresos-fragiles-reversibles\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">fr\u00e1gil e irreversible<\/a>. La prueba de fuego de ese diagn\u00f3stico no ha sido otra que el fiasco de la revuelta shi\u00ed de Basora, donde buena parte de los aguerridos militares de al Maliki rehusaron luchar contra los milicianos de al Sadr y abandonaron sus puestos de combate.\u00a0Lo que en principio fue catalogado por los propagandistas USAmericanos como la constataci\u00f3n de que su gobierno de pega estaba preparado para hacer frente de manera independiente a los desaf\u00edos del poder, se convirti\u00f3 en lo contrario en cuesti\u00f3n de horas.\u00a0Petraeus dice ahora que el final de la guerra de Irak est\u00e1 a\u00fan abierto y que no puede seguirse planteando la retirada de tropas tal y como estaba prevista y anunciada,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.yucatan.com.mx\/noticia.asp?cx=99$1408000000$3790730&amp;f=20080408\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">pidiendo abiertamente un receso en los planes de disminuci\u00f3n de efectivos<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Todo indica que la decisi\u00f3n de qu\u00e9 va a ser del pa\u00eds la va a tener que tomar el pr\u00f3ximo presidente y s\u00f3lo si es Obama podr\u00e1 haber alg\u00fan\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.rodelu.net\/chomsky\/chomsky120.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">peque\u00f1o cambio<\/a>\u00a0en una situaci\u00f3n que hace mucho que se les ha ido de las manos. El gasto militar est\u00e1 ahondando la crisis recesiva en la que EEUU se halla inmerso, pero adem\u00e1s lleva aparejado una p\u00e9rdida de influencia regional que le est\u00e1 haciendo mucho da\u00f1o, sobre todo en Latinoam\u00e9rica. Pero si se retira de Irak para dedicar los recursos militares y econ\u00f3micos a otros menesteres, literalmente van a dejarlo en manos de Ir\u00e1n, el peor enemigo del momento para los intereses del imperio.\u00a0No hay salida posible que no pase por un acuerdo con la rep\u00fablica isl\u00e1mica\u2026 o con su total aniquilaci\u00f3n, ya que la primera opci\u00f3n dejar\u00eda en un serio aprieto las relaciones con Israel.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dice el refranero popular que se coge antes a un mentiroso que a un cojo.
