Mientras tanto, el aumento de inmigrantes que huyen a Europa pone en peligro la libre circulaci\u00f3n y el funcionamiento de la zona Shengen.<\/h5>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/actualidad.rt.com\/view\/video_frame\/183953\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p class=\"arcticle-content\">Los mandatarios de Alemania y de Francia,&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/actualidad.rt.com\/actualidad\/164978-angela-merkel-alemania-canciller\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Angela Merkel<\/a>&nbsp;y&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/actualidad.rt.com\/actualidad\/166200-francois-hollande-francia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fran\u00e7ois Hollande<\/a>, planean crear una lista de pa\u00edses cuyos ciudadanos no podr\u00e1n solicitar asilo, acelerando, asimismo, el establecimiento de centros de acogida de inmigrantes en Grecia e Italia, escribe&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/world\/2015\/aug\/24\/angela-merkel-and-francois-hollande-to-meet-to-tackle-europes-migrant-crisis\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u2018The Guardian\u2019<\/a>. Miles de personas que huyen de pa\u00edses devastados por los conflictos cruzan Macedonia, Serbia y Hungr\u00eda para llegar a Alemania, Francia y Reino Unido.<\/p>\n<div class=\"arcticle-content\">\n<p>Mientras tanto, el aumento del flujo migratorio ha desatado pol\u00e9micas sobre el funcionamiento de la zona Schengen. De hecho, las autoridades de Alemania, pa\u00eds que alberga el mayor n\u00famero de migrantes en Europa, y de B\u00e9lgica,&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/actualidad.rt.com\/actualidad\/183764-alemania-considera-abandonar-schengen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">no descartan<\/a>&nbsp;la posibilidad de reintroducir el control fronterizo para reducir la cantidad de inmigrantes. En este sentido, el ministro de Interior de Alemania, Thomas de Maizi\u00e8re, ha admitido que el acuerdo Schengen est\u00e1 \u201cen peligro\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El analista internacional Juan Luis Gonz\u00e1lez P\u00e9rez considera que el cierre de fronteras internas no puede resolver la crisis migratoria en Europa. \u201cEl flujo migratorio que se ha producido en estos a\u00f1os se debe, entre otras razones, a las guerras en las que Europa est\u00e1 participando como c\u00f3mplice de Estados Unidos y de Israel en Oriente Medio\u201d, opina el experto, destacando que la llegada de inmigrantes es una especie de \u201cvenganza\u201d por esta participaci\u00f3n europea.
