{"id":1197,"date":"2008-05-29T21:29:21","date_gmt":"2008-05-29T20:29:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bitsrojiverdes.org\/wordpress\/?p=1197"},"modified":"2019-01-02T00:47:56","modified_gmt":"2019-01-01T23:47:56","slug":"eeuu-e-israel-se-niegan-a-firmar-el-tratado-internacional-contra-las-bombas-de-racimo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bitsrojiverdes.org\/wordpress\/?p=1197","title":{"rendered":"EEUU e Israel se niegan a firmar el tratado internacional contra las bombas de racimo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Contra la\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.publico.es\/internacional\/119884\/avance\/decisivo\/materia\/desarme\">euforia general<\/a>\u00a0desatada por la consecuci\u00f3n del Tratado Internacional de Prohibici\u00f3n de las Bombas de Racimo, siento tener que decir que, a pesar de todo, s\u00ed que caben motivos para el des\u00e1nimo. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9?, porque, a pesar de que ha sido ratificado por m\u00e1s de 100 pa\u00edses \u2014entre ellos Espa\u00f1a\u2014, no lo han firmado los estados que realmente hacen uso de las mismas contra la poblaci\u00f3n civil. Los ejemplos los tenemos bien presentes y cercanos: Irak y L\u00edbano, donde Israel lanz\u00f3 decenas de miles de estas minas para hacer el m\u00e1ximo da\u00f1o posible una vez asumido que Hezbollah los hab\u00eda derrotado sin paliativos.<\/p>\n<p>Lo bueno del caso es que las bombas de racimo quedar\u00e1n denostadas para siempre y condenadas de tal manera que quienes se atrevan a usarlas de nuevo quedar\u00e1n en evidencia ante la opini\u00f3n p\u00fablica mundial m\u00e1s de lo que lo estaban haciendo hasta ahora.
