Este monto ser? entregado al pa?s que reciba a un solicitante de asilo que otro miembro del bloque no quiera acoger.<\/p>\n<p>As? lo ha recomendado el vicepresidente de la Comisi?n Europea (CE),?Frans Timmermans, al presentar?sus propuestas de modificaci?n del reglamento sobre asilo?de Dubl?n, documento que a su juicio, ya no funciona.<\/p>\n<p>Italia y Grecia, donde llega la mayor cantidad de refugiados, as? como Alemania, denuncian desde hace meses la injusticia del reglamento de Dubl?n.<\/p>\n<p>El analista pol?tico Juan Lu?s Gonz?lez P?rez aborda el tema en una <a href=\"http:\/\/hispan.tv\/newsdetail\/europa\/254532\/comicion-europea-refugiados-reglamento-asilo\" target=\"_blank\">entrevista con HispanTV desde C?diz<\/a> (Espa?a).?Estas han sido sus declaraciones:<\/p>\n<p><em>La iniciativa en s? misma no es mala para los refugiados, se tratar?a de forzar a los pa?ses menos solidarios, mediante el pago de una multa elevada, y d?rsela a aquellos estados que s? est?n dispuestos a acoger al cupo de refugiados que se determine en funci?n de las caracter?sticas del pa?s.?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Pero, de momento, es un borrador y le queda mucho camino para ver si, finalmente, llega a convertirse en un documento vinculante para toda la Uni?n. Probablemente sea muy rebajado durante la tramitaci?n.?Pero sobre todo, creo que hay que destacar que el problema es, que el acuerdo con Turqu?a sigue adelante,?eso es lo verdaderamente grave.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Sobre todo porque es un acuerdo que pretende legalizar la trata de seres humanos, Europa le va vender los refugiados a Turqu?a y va a subcontratar la vigilancia de sus fronteras a reg?menes autoritarios.?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Pero tambi?n, porque este acuerdo viola la normativa europea e internacional de asilo. Es un acuerdo manifiestamente ilegal.Y lo es por varios motivos: <\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Fundamentalmente porque Turqu?a no es un pa?s seguro, por muchos artificios legales que se inventen, jam?s lo ser? con sus actuales gobernantes. Turqu?a viola sistem?ticamente los derechos humanos y es uno de los principales promotores de la guerra contra Siria<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Y porque, cuando las deportaciones individuales se generalizan a miles de personas, son deportaciones masivas, son expulsiones colectivas y, por lo tanto, son ilegales seg?n el derecho internacional<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>En resumen, a Turqu?a se le paga para que sea el mercenario de la UE, para que maltrate y viole los derechos humanos de los refugiados por encargo<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>A pesar de los retoques, en general se trata de un mal acuerdo que deber?a ser derogado de inmediato como ya piden alrededor de 300 ONGs europeas y decenas de miles de personas que ya han firmado en las plataformas digitales orquestadas al efecto.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los pa?ses europeos que rechacen su cuota de refugiados deber?n pagar 250 mil euros por persona.
