El presidente de la Generalitat de Catalu\u00f1a, Carles Puigdemont, cree que si gana el refer\u00e9ndum previsto para el 1 de octubre, le otorgar\u00eda a los catalanes el derecho de ser escuchados por las autoridades de la Uni\u00f3n Europea (UE). Adem\u00e1s har\u00e1 desaparecer las presiones de la Diplomacia espa\u00f1ola.
