{"id":15018,"date":"2018-09-18T19:39:40","date_gmt":"2018-09-18T17:39:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bitsrojiverdes.org\/wordpress\/?p=15018"},"modified":"2019-01-04T09:20:27","modified_gmt":"2019-01-04T08:20:27","slug":"putin-y-erdogan-acuerdan-crear-una-zona-desmilitarizada-en-la-region-siria-de-idlib","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bitsrojiverdes.org\/wordpress\/?p=15018","title":{"rendered":"Putin y Erdogan acuerdan crear una zona desmilitarizada en la regi\u00f3n siria de Idlib"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"arcticle-summary\">\n<p><strong>Se prev\u00e9 que para el 15 de octubre los milicianos se hayan retirado de la zona<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/6LTJqNP41wM\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<div class=\"arcticle-media\">\n<p>El presidente de Rusia, Vlad\u00edmir Putin, y el de Turqu\u00eda, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, han acordado <strong>expulsar a los milicianos de la provincia siria de Idlib y<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>crear all\u00ed una zona desmilitarizada<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/ria.ru\/syria\/20180917\/1528745390.html?referrer_block=index_main_1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">recoge<\/a> RIA Novosti.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abDecidimos crear una zona desmilitarizada de 15-20 kil\u00f3metros en la l\u00ednea de frente entre la oposici\u00f3n armada y las fuerzas gubernamentales <strong>para el 15 de octubre de este a\u00f1o<\/strong>\u00ab, ha anunciado Putin.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab<strong>Haremos junto con Rusia todo lo posible para eliminar a todos los grupos radicales de este territorio<\/strong>\u00ab, ha se\u00f1alado Erdogan durante la conferencia de prensa despu\u00e9s de su reuni\u00f3n con el mandatario ruso en Sochi. \u00abTurqu\u00eda y Rusia participar\u00e1n en la coordinaci\u00f3n de patrullas en este territorio\u00bb ha a\u00f1adido el l\u00edder turco.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan Erdogan, el acuerdo con Rusia sobre la situaci\u00f3n en la zona permitir\u00e1 de \u00ab<strong>prevenir la cat\u00e1strofe humanitaria<\/strong> que podr\u00eda ocurrir a causa de las operaciones militares\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00abNo habr\u00e1 una nueva operaci\u00f3n militar en Idlib\u00bb<\/h3>\n<p>Los acuerdos sobre Siria alcanzados este lunes por el presidente de Rusia y Turqu\u00eda implican que <strong>no habr\u00e1 operaci\u00f3n militar en Idlib<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/actualidad.rt.com\/actualidad\/288902-ministro-defensa-rusia-operacion-idlib\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ha afirmado<\/a> a los periodistas el ministro ruso de Defensa, Sergu\u00e9i Shoig\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p>Respondiendo a la pregunta de si Damasco est\u00e1 de acuerdo con este documento, el titular de Defensa dijo que las disposiciones del memor\u00e1ndum sobre la estabilizaci\u00f3n de la situaci\u00f3n en Idlib, firmado despu\u00e9s de las conversaciones entre Putin y Erdogan, se coordinar\u00e1n con el Gobierno sirio <strong>\u00aben las pr\u00f3ximas horas\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En opini\u00f3n del analista internacional Juan Luis Gonz\u00e1lez P\u00e9rez, el acuerdo sobre Idlib podr\u00eda salvar a Siria de nuevos bombardeos por parte de la coalici\u00f3n internacional.<\/p>\n<h3>La situaci\u00f3n en Idlib<\/h3>\n<p>El basti\u00f3n rebelde de Idlib es la \u00faltima regi\u00f3n siria no controlada por Damasco. La mayor parte del territorio de esa provincia da refugio a d\u00eda de hoy a terroristas del grupo extremista Hayat Tahrir al Sham, de tendencia yihadista salafista.
