{"id":15061,"date":"2018-10-08T21:21:11","date_gmt":"2018-10-08T19:21:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bitsrojiverdes.org\/wordpress\/?p=15061"},"modified":"2019-01-02T17:12:45","modified_gmt":"2019-01-02T16:12:45","slug":"gonzalez-eeuu-dejo-pacto-de-amistad-con-iran-para-evadir-fallos-de-la-haya","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bitsrojiverdes.org\/wordpress\/?p=15061","title":{"rendered":"Gonz\u00e1lez: EEUU dej\u00f3 pacto de Amistad con Ir\u00e1n para evadir fallos de la Haya"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Estados Unidos se retir\u00f3 del Tratado de Amistad con Ir\u00e1n para evadir futuras sentencias desfavorables de la corte de la Haya, estima un analista.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/0G6XU1FL-YM\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>En una entrevista concedida hoy lunes a HispanTV, el experto en pol\u00edtica internacional Juan Luis Gonz\u00e1lez P\u00e9rez ha abordado la nueva demanda presentada por Ir\u00e1n ante la Corte Internacional de Justicia (CIJ), con sede en La Haya (Pa\u00edses Bajos), para recuperar bienes iran\u00edes retenidos por Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n<p>El analista se ha referido a la reciente decisi\u00f3n de Washington de retirarse del Acuerdo de Amistad firmado en 1955 entre Ir\u00e1n y EE.UU., y ha considerado que su objetivo es evitar los pr\u00f3ximos fallos de La Haya contra el Gobierno estadounidense.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEs evidente que el hecho de retirarse de acuerdos bilaterales como el Tratado de Amistad tiene como objetivo impedir que la Corte Internacional de Justicia dicte otra sentencia contra los intereses de EE.UU.\u00bb, ha resaltado Gonz\u00e1lez P\u00e9rez.<\/p>\n<p>La solicitud de Ir\u00e1n se debe a que la Corte Suprema estadounidense congel\u00f3 hace dos a\u00f1os 2.000 millones de d\u00f3lares de Ir\u00e1n para indemnizar a los familiares de 241 marines muertos en un ataque en Beirut, capital de El L\u00edbano, sucedido en 1983, del que EE.UU. insiste (sin indicio alguno) en que fue impulsado por Teher\u00e1n acusaci\u00f3n que Ir\u00e1n rechaza categ\u00f3ricamente.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEs probable que el proceso jur\u00eddico que est\u00e9 en marcha en La Haya pueda continuar, pero cada d\u00eda ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil decir qu\u00e9 sucede en el futuro\u00bb, ha considerado por otra parte el analista.<\/p>\n<p>El pasado mi\u00e9rcoles, la Corte de La Haya (Pa\u00edses Bajos) dictamin\u00f3 que Washington debe suspender sus sanciones a Ir\u00e1n relacionadas con bienes humanitarios, medicamentos y aviaci\u00f3n civil, y advirti\u00f3 de que las medidas contra Teher\u00e1n del pa\u00eds norteamericano pueden acarrear consecuencias \u00abirreparables\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Fuente: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hispantv.com\/noticias\/politica\/390294\/iran-eeuu-demanda-cij-haya-fondos\">HispanTV noticias<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Estados Unidos se retir\u00f3 del Tratado de Amistad con Ir\u00e1n para evadir futuras sentencias desfavorables de la corte de la Haya, estima un analista.
