del pueblo iran\u00ed\u201d, argumenta este s\u00e1bado Juan Luis Gonz\u00e1lez P\u00e9rez en una entrevista a&nbsp;<em>HispanTV<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan el analista pol\u00edtico, al&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hispantv.com\/noticias\/politica\/429922\/iran-eeuu-dialogos-condiciones-pompeo\">proponer un di\u00e1logo con Ir\u00e1n<\/a>, Washington quiere mostrar una cara conciliadora para ocultar la verdadera naturaleza de su pol\u00edtica que, de hecho, se basa en la violencia, el chantaje y la intransigencia, pues&nbsp;es obvio que \u201cjam\u00e1s ha querido negociar con Ir\u00e1n\u201d, a\u00f1ade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n ha se\u00f1alado que el acuerdo nuclear suscrito en 2015 entre&nbsp;Ir\u00e1n y el Grupo 5+1 \u2014que entonces integraban EE.UU., el Reino Unido, Francia, Rusia y China, m\u00e1s Alemania\u2014 garantiza que Teher\u00e1n no va a poner en marcha un&nbsp;programa nuclear de tipo militar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No obstante, prosigue explicando que lo que persigue el presidente&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hispantv.com\/noticias\/ee-uu-\/429049\/estados-unidos-trump-iran-congreso-guerra\">Donald Trump con su campa\u00f1a de presiones y embargos<\/a>&nbsp;es arrodillar a Teher\u00e1n y provocar el descontento interno en el pa\u00eds persa y, sobre todo, dejar a&nbsp;Ir\u00e1n sin capacidad defensiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En otro momento de la entrevista, el experto ha denunciado la premiosidad del&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hispantv.com\/noticias\/economia\/409998\/iran-europa-canal-pagos-instex-sanciones-eeuu\">Instrumento de Apoyo a los Intercambios Comerciales (Instex, por su acr\u00f3nimo en ingl\u00e9s)<\/a>, creado por las contrapartes europeas del acuerdo nuclear para mantener su comercio no monetario con Ir\u00e1n y sortear las sanciones de EE.UU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En realidad, la Uni\u00f3n Europea (UE) tiene las manos atadas ante el sistema econ\u00f3mico capitalista global dominado por EE.UU., precisa, subrayabndo que en tal coyuntura Ir\u00e1n puede extender sus relaciones con pa\u00edses que est\u00e1n sufriendo este tipo de sanciones, como Rusia, China, Venezuela y Cuba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
