La cita, seg\u00fan Musavi, se celebrar\u00e1 el 28 de julio, a nivel de viceministros y directores ejecutivos. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El analista en temas internacionales Juan Lu\u00eds Gonz\u00e1lez P\u00e9rez ha abordado este martes el tema en una entrevista con\u00a0<em>HispanTV y\u00a0<\/em>ha lamentado que Europa siempre hable de que busca \u201capoyar decididamente\u201d el acuerdo, sin embargo, apenas ha dado \u201cpasos decisivos\u201d para hacer frente a la salida unilateral de EE.UU. del mismo y las sanciones que impuso contra el pa\u00eds persa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pese a todo eso, la cumbre puede ser \u201cla \u00faltima gran oportunidad para salvar el acuerdo\u201d, de nombre oficial, Plan Integral de Acci\u00f3n Conjunta (PIAC o JCPOA, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s), ha definido el entrevistado. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cTodo el mundo coincide que la pr\u00f3xima cumbre de Viena puede ser la \u00faltima gran oportunidad para salvar el pacto nuclear\u201d, ha afirmado Gonz\u00e1lez P\u00e9rez, desde C\u00e1diz (Espa\u00f1a).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La cita, estima el experto, podr\u00eda ser \u201cel momento definitivo\u201d para que Europa \u201cpresente los avances\u201d que ha marcado para mantener vivo al pacto entre Teher\u00e1n y el Grupo 5+1\u00a0entonces integrado por EE.UU., el Reino Unido, Francia, Rusia y China, m\u00e1s Alemania, del que sali\u00f3 Washington en mayo de 2018.\u00a0<strong>Aun as\u00ed, Gonz\u00e1lez P\u00e9rez ha considerado \u201cinsuficientes\u201d los avances habidos al respecto.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La implementaci\u00f3n del Instex, \u00faltima oportunidad para salvar el acuerdo nuclear<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los socios europeos, al parecer, est\u00e1n dilatando el asunto&nbsp;para mantener a Ir\u00e1n en el acuerdo nuclear, creando el 31 de enero mecanismos financieros como el Instex (acr\u00f3nimo en ingl\u00e9s de Instrumento de Apoyo a Intercambios Comerciales).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El mecanismo busca afrontar, supuestamente, a las restricciones impuestas por EE.UU. a lazos econ\u00f3micos con Ir\u00e1n.
