Para Jofre, no existe un cese al fuego total, un llamado a la paz o de negociar a un acuerdo nacional que permita establecer el cese total de las acciones en la zona. Es por ello, que para Jofre no existe un verdadero cese al fuego pues existen empresas internacionales y gobiernos que se encuentran detr\u00e1s del conflicto armado que ha llevado a Libia a este conflicto y balcanizaci\u00f3n del pa\u00eds. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por su parte el experto en temas de Oriente Medio y Norte de \u00c1frica, Juan Luis Gonzalez P\u00e9rez, indica que el Gobierno de Unidad Nacional ha logrado liberal las zonas al rededor de Tr\u00edpoli y los alrededores del aeropuerto. As\u00ed mismo, Jofre se\u00f1ala que se busca frenar el avance del islam pol\u00edtico hac\u00eda la frontera con Egipto. Indica tambi\u00e9n que \u00abla hermandad musulmana genera temor en aquellos pa\u00edses que ven en el Islam pol\u00edtico la posibilidad de desestabilizarse y tener un descontrol\u00bb. Para Gonzalez el conflicto en Libia puede equilibrar el control que tienen los gobiernos de Turqu\u00eda y Egipto en la regi\u00f3n.
