RED es indispensable para la obtenci?n de bonificaciones y subvenciones de las cotizaciones a la Seguridad social, por lo que los usuarios de otras plataformas inform?ticas se ven imposibilitados para cobrarlas. Como dicen en HispaMP3, ello ser?a equivalente a condicionar las deducciones por compra de vivienda en el IRPF a que se comprara la casa en una promotora determinada. <\/p>\n<p>?Es esta la neutralidad inform?tica que preconizaba Bill Gates el otro d?a en su visita sorpresa a Madrid? Esta debiera garantizarse, como poco, mediante el uso de est?ndares abiertos, de tal manera que cada usuario tuviera la capacidad de elegir bajo qu? plataforma quiere operar. Comoquiera que Microsoft normalmente lucha contra todo tipo de est?ndares y trata de imponer los suyos, neutralidad es incompatible con los productos de esta empresa. As? que, o se ponen las pilas o ir?n perdiendo paulatinamente presencia en las administraciones p?blicas que, mientras no est?n descaradamente alineadas con la multinacional ?tal y como andaba anteriormente el PP?, estar?n moralmente obligadas a prestar un servicio universal. Usando otro s?mil, si la administraci?n no hace caso a requerimientos del tipo de este de HispaLINUX ser?a como si construyera carreteras para que pudieran circular los coches de una sola marca, una verdadera locura.
