Sin embargo, en los estados ricos de mayor\u00eda blanca de\u00a0Santa Cruz, Tarija, Chuquisaca y Beni el \u00abno\u00bb se ha impuesto, los prefectos que los gobiernan no reconocen la aplicaci\u00f3n de la nueva carta magna en sus territorios y van a plantar cara al gobierno central. As\u00ed que son de esperar disturbios violentos y nuevos intentos de golpe de estado como el que <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bitsrojiverdes.org\/wordpress\/?p=1276\">se logr\u00f3 conjurar en septiembre del a\u00f1o pasado<\/a>que se sald\u00f3 con decenas de ind\u00edgenas muertos a manos de paramilitares que trabajaban para la prefectura de Pando y que fue declarado como <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bitsrojiverdes.org\/wordpress\/?p=1323\">crimen de lesa humanidad por UNASUR<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Lo peor, como siempre, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rebelion.org\/noticia.php?id=79835\">el papel\u00f3n de la prensa espa\u00f1ola<\/a>. La derecha haciendo el papel que de ella se espera, pero lo del grupo PRISA y sus secuaces no tiene nombre. Resulta que Morales es el que tiene que rectificar, <em>abandonar su pol\u00edtica de confrontaci\u00f3n<\/em> y renunciar a la redistribuci\u00f3n de las exiguas riquezas bolivianas entre todos los estados del pa\u00eds para contentar a las oligarqu\u00edas que han detentado el poder desde los tiempos de la colonizaci\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola.
