Su delito, poner en evidencia el sistema financiero ante el mundo consiguiendo medio mill?n de euros en pr?stamos que don? para actividades sociales. Los cargos oficiales son estafa y falsedad documental. Sin embargo, Enric ha conseguido algo m?s, ha logrado hacer ver en todo el mundo con sus actos que la verdadera estafa es el propio sistema financiero en s? mismo y que se sustenta en bases absolutamente ficticias y tan fr?giles que s?lo su conocimiento a gran escala podr?a hacerlas tambalearse a escala planetaria. Las tesis que profesa Enric son las mismas que hemos defendido en los biTs: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bitsrojiverdes.org\/wordpress\/?p=1311\">el dinero no existe, es s?lo deuda, si las concesiones de cr?dito se detienen, todo el sistema se vendr? abajo de un plumazo<\/a>. Dicho m?s gr?ficamente, el tinglado financiero es como el baile de la silla, mientras ha sonado la m?sica no ha habido problemas, pero ahora la orquesta se ha agotado y desde Bretton Woods han ido desapareciendo cada vez m?s sillas. Cuando se pare definitivamente casi todos iremos al suelo. Es por desvelar estas realidades con la valent?a y la imaginaci?n con las que ?lo ha hecho por las que este activista anda en prisi?n sin fianza. Por eso debemos unirnos y hacer lo posible para pedir su liberaci?n y repetir hasta la saciedad las ideas por las que est? luchando.?<\/p>\n<p>Curiosamente Enric ha sido detenido un d?a despu?s de presentar un n?mero del peri?dico <em><a href=\"http:\/\/polaris.moviments.net:8000\/es\/el-95-del-dinero-es-creado-por-bancos-privados\">Crisi<\/a><\/em> en el que daba recetas para un mundo postcrisis a pesar de que la mayor?a de los bancos no hab?an presentado cargos penales contra ?l. No se le ha permitido eludir la entrada en prisi?n bajo fianza porque el juez aduce peligro de fuga, algo que contrasta con la confesi?n p?blica que desat? el proceso y con su participaci?n en actividades antisitema o de apoyo a los universitarios que luchan contra la mercantilizaci?n de la educaci?n y el nefasto Plan Bolonia, que es justamente lo que hac?a cuando fue detenido.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hace dos d?as Enric, el Robin Hood de los bancos, entr? en prisi?n.
