Las grandilocuentes palabras del chico de los discursos del entonces candidato a presidente no est\u00e1n teniendo ning\u00fan reflejo en la realidad. De momento se ha ido manteniendo cierta incertidumbre porque el equipo del presidente no ha podido o querido ir concretando medidas respecto a los problemas que USAm\u00e9rica enfrenta o directamente crea para dominar a los pa\u00edses que no est\u00e1n a\u00fan bajo su dominio.<\/p>\n<p>Pero el tiempo de los titubeos ya pas\u00f3, a m\u00e1s de dos meses de su toma de posesi\u00f3n, comienzan a conocerse detalles precisos y por lo que se ve concuerdan con los an\u00e1lisis de los m\u00e1s esc\u00e9pticos con el cacareado cambio de Obama, con aquellos que ve\u00edan en \u00e9l \u00fanicamente una operaci\u00f3n de marketing, mucha cosm\u00e9tica y mucho continuismo. A las pruebas me remito: Venezuela, Afganist\u00e1n, Palestina, Ir\u00e1n\u2026 y ahora Cuba.<\/p>\n<p>Hoy mismo Biden, en un encuentro de l\u00edderes <em>progresistas<\/em>\u00a0(Argentina, Brasil, Chile, Espa\u00f1a, Estados Unidos, Gran Breta\u00f1a, Noruega y Uruguay) que se celebra en Chile para preparar una posici\u00f3n conjunta ante el G20, ha anunciado impl\u00edcitamente \u00a0que no se levantar\u00e1 el embargo mientras Cuba no abrace el capitalismo, contrariamente a lo que han hecho recientemente el resto de las naciones latinoamericanas quedaban por restablecer relaciones con La Habana como <a href=\"http:\/\/www.univision.com\/contentroot\/wirefeeds\/50noticias\/7911044.html\">Costa Rica<\/a> y <a href=\"http:\/\/www.univision.com\/contentroot\/wirefeeds\/lat\/7910169.html\">El Salvador<\/a>\u00a0y superar as\u00ed decenios de aislamiento que comenzaron con el triunfo de la revoluci\u00f3n all\u00e1 por finales de la d\u00e9cada de los cincuenta del siglo pasado. Hoy es justamente EEUU quien se est\u00e1 quedando aislado en el continente pero, a pesar de recientes las declaraciones contra el unilateralismo en el seno del encuentro de Chile, es un hecho que hoy su postura en relaci\u00f3n a Cuba es m\u00e1s unilateral que nunca.<\/p>\n<p>Ch\u00e1vez tiene toda la raz\u00f3n en las palabras que profiri\u00f3 en el programa Al\u00f3 Presidente de la pasada semana respondiendo a las cr\u00edticas de Obama donde lo acusaba de ser un freno al desarrollo de Am\u00e9rica Latina:<\/p>\n<p>(\u2026) Qu\u00e9 ignorancia; el verdadero obst\u00e1culo para el desarrollo de Am\u00e9rica latina, se\u00f1or Obama, ha sido el imperio que usted preside. (\u2026) \u00a0Estados Unidos es el verdadero terrorista y el que ha mandado matar al que le ha dado la gana. (\u2026)\u00a0Uno se pregunta por qu\u00e9 Cuba sigue fuera de la Cumbre de las Am\u00e9ricas. Venezuela lo va a plantear.\u00a0Si todos somos amigos de Cuba no podemos seguir aceptando las imposiciones del imperio norteamericano; este continente tiene que ser libre. Si el nuevo gobierno de EEUU quiere tener otro nivel de relaciones con Latinoam\u00e9rica, debe respetar a todos los gobiernos latinoamericanos por igual, comenzando por el cubano.
