Indudablemente, por higiene democr?tica, la alternancia es aconsejable en el juego pol?tico; un partido que gobierna continuadamente durante tanto tiempo adquiere una serie de vicios que pueden desembocar en pr?cticas il?citas o, cuando menos, poco ?ticas o nada est?ticas.<\/p>\n<p>Dicho esto, no todo vale para cambiar un escenario pol?tico. Para lograr expulsar ?al PNV del gobierno vasco ha habido que dejar sin capacidad de ejercer su derecho al voto a m?s de cien mil personas, ha habido que ilegalizar a multitud de partidos pol?ticos con instrumentos legales m?s propios de gobiernos totalitarios que de democracias representativas con nimios argumentos ?la no condena de la violencia? que, aplicados universalmente, podr?an servir para acabar con buena parte del arco parlamentario. Como en el peor Estados Unidos de los neocons, la guerra contra el terrorismo ha acabado socavando la democracia y las libertades de la ciudadan?a sin que apenas se hayan alzado voces cr?ticas.<\/p>\n<p>Pero tras la consumaci?n del estado de excepci?n en Euskadi, lo que sus perpetradores no pueden pretender es que este sea asumido con toda naturalidad y sin el menor derecho a la cr?tica. Para contrarrestar los envites, el PSOE y sus medios afines han iniciado una campa?a de descr?dito contra el nacionalismo tratando de deslegitimarlo tildando sus postulados de radicales. Ha sido curioso, m?s bien pat?tico, ver c?mo un locutor estrella de la cadena SER presentaba esta ma?ana el futuro nombramiento del parlamentario europeo de CiU, Ignasi Guardans, como director general de Cinematograf?a como contrapeso para tapar las verg?enzas del pacto antinacionalista en el Pa?s Vasco.?<\/p>\n<p>Lo que queda sobre la arena pol?tica mientras dure el pacto del frente espa?olista es justamente lo que dicen criticar, una exacerbaci?n del nacionalismo vasco y, posiblemente, un recrudecimiento del terrorismo que puede encontrar un nuevo caldo de cultivo en el que fructificar en el seno de un seguro periodo de confrontaci?n entre las obediencias a Madrid ?y los deseos de la mayor parte de la sociedad vasca que, a pesar de todo, hizo ganar las elecciones al PNV. No hay duda que ser? un foco de tensi?n m?s que de otra cosa que, de momento, ya le est? costando dolores de cabeza al gobierno de ZP que tiene que negociar cada iniciativa parlamentaria al haberse quedado sin apoyos y no contar con la mayor?a suficiente para ejercer su acci?n legislativa. Es lo que tienen los frentismos en una situaci?n de debilidad, podr?an desembocar en dos elecciones anticipadas de incierto resultado.
