Alg?n ingenuo o buenista puede aducir que nuestro sistema jur?dico es fundamentalmente garantista y es capaz de revocar decisiones judiciales, que es justo lo que ha hecho el Tribunal Supremo. Sin embargo, todo sigue un gui?n prestablecido. El juez Garz?n seguro que era plenamente consciente de que no hab?a priebas o motivos suficientes para clausurar el diario abertzale Egin, pero us? la Audiencia Nacional ?un tribunal de excepci?n? para acallar su molesta voz.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora, m?s de 10 a?os despu?s del primer cerrojazo \u00abcautelar\u00bb, se dice que el cierre fue ilegal pero el peri?dico y la radio fueron llevados a la ruina acabando as? con un proyecto informativo colectivo creado por un grupo de profesionales diversos sin vinculaci?n con el mundo de la informaci?n y alrededor de 25.000 personas que aportaron su dinero sin esperar contrapartidas para hacer realidad un espacio informativo que los grupos medi?ticos no garantizaban o que, directamente, demonizaban cada d?a. Salvando las diferencias y distancias ideol?gicas que pudieramos mantener con la militancia abertzale (que en mi caso son claras y notorias) la creaci?n de Egin supuso un ejemplo de determinaci?n colectiva y de autogesti?n muy digno de menci?n e imitaci?n.<\/p>\n<p>No obstante, el Supremo mantiene penas al que fuera su director y a la subdirectora por su <em>estrecha vinculaci?n<\/em> con ETA, pero ello no es motivo para cerrar un medio de comunicaci?n. Estar?amos en el mismo caso que con la Ley de Partidos, no se puede ilegalizar una formaci?n pol?tica por decir que forma parte de una organizaci?n terrorista sin detener a todos sus militantes por integraci?n en banda armada y, por supuesto, es una aberraci?n impedir que estas personas puedan presentarse a elecciones en formaciones pol?ticas diferentes a las ilegalizadas por mantener postulados pol?ticos similares e incluso levemente parecidos.<\/p>\n<p>Desde los biTs no nos cansaremos de denuniar el uso fraudulento y antidemocr?tico del terrorismo para cercenar libertades y derechos de la poblaci?n. En Pakist?n, en Irak, en EEUU, en Israel&#8230; y en el estado espa?ol.
