Si Felipe de Borb?n, bueno Letizia Ortiz, que eso nunca se sabe, tiene una hija, es necesario reformar la Constituci?n para que pueda llegar a ser reina de todas las espa?as. Como la reforma es de calado, conlleva la disoluci?n de las Cortes y un refer?ndum, ah? parece que no hay duda entre los constitucionalistas. Est? claro que PSOE no va a disolver las Cortes hasta el fin de la legislatura, cuando convoque las pr?ximas elecciones generales, lo contrario ser?a de masocas. Con la ni?a crecidita habr?a que legislar de manera retroactiva, algo que no es muy deseable, sobre todo porque muchos se podr?an preguntar ?y d?nde se pone la l?nea divisoria? ?por qu? no se aplica tambi?n a la infanta Elena? La deslegitimaci?n de la l?nea sucesoria ser?a un hecho constatable y una buena baza para el republicanismo militante.<\/p>\n<p>Lo mejor a?n ser?a que, durante el periodo de la reforma naciera un var?n. De esa manera, ser?a con las leyes actuales el heredero a la corona. Como el cambio del art?culo 54 se har?a a posteriori y directamente contra sus intereses, podr?a reclamar sus derechos a ser rey contra su propia hermana, que cosas peores se han visto entre borbones. As? las cosas, el n?mero de republicanos crecer?a de manera significativa y la instituci?n de la corona quedar?a muy debilitada.<\/p>\n<p>Pero ahora todos se encontrar?an atados para la reforma de la Carta Magna, a pesar de los pesares, el PP se va a tener que subir al carro de un paquete de cambios que incluya tambi?n avances en el estado de las autonom?as y, si ello de por s? es algo positivo, lo peor es que los republicanos no podremos manifestarnos visiblemente contra la monarqu?a en el refer?ndum, sobre todo si se avanza decididamente hacia el federalismo tal y como recoge el programa de gobierno del PSOE, paso intermedio hacia la abolici?n de esa instituci?n de naturaleza antidemocr?tica y heredera de la dictadura franquista como lo es la monarqu?a. De todas maneras, pase lo que pase, habr?a que buscar la manera de hacer visible el rechazo a la corona, que nunca se nos ha dado tal posibilidad en esta pseudodemocracia que vivimos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hagamos unas reales c?balas.
