La jurisdicci?n universal de la que hac?a gala nuestro pa?s para perseguir cr?menes contra la humanidad en cualquier parte del mundo ha desaparecido de nuestro marco legal mediante una propuesta presentada por el PSOE con el apoyo de los grupos de la derecha (y su socio catal?n ERC) dentro de la Ley Org?nica de Reforma de la Legislaci?n Procesal aprobada hoy. ONGs de derechos humanos entre las que est?n Amnist?a Internacional, Human Rights Watch o la asociaci?n pro derechos humanos de Espa?a?han decretado hoy un<em> d?a de luto para la justicia internacional<\/em>. Como ha dicho una portavoz de Amnist?a:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Espa?a ha dado el mesaje de que se preocupa m?s por no ofender a algunos gobiernos poderosos que poner fin a la impunidad de que gozan los criminales.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>O como ha enunciado Llamazares:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>da la impresi?n de que hasta ahora se pod?a investigar a gobiernos del tercer mundo, pero que cuando se ha llegado a gobiernos con poder a nivel internacional el Gobierno del PSOE se pliega y hace que los Derechos Humanos funcionen para unos y no para otros. (&#8230;) no tiene ninguna argumentaci?n lo que hace el Gobierno, que lo hace adem?s con el PP y de manera vergonzante, que es acabar realmente con el respeto y la jurisdicci?n en materia de Derechos Humanos sea quien sea el gobierno que los vulnere\u00bb. Es una verg?enza, creo que ?sta se podr?a llamar la ley de la verg?enza porque se hace de manera oscura y de tapadillo en el Congreso.
