El viernes por fin desvelaron qu? iba a ser de los impuestos en el pr?ximo ejercicio. Como se preve?a, se van a tocar todos los tipos de IVA menos el que afecta a los productos b?sicos, se van a anular la deducci?n lineal del IRPF (los famosos 400? de rebaja universal) y se gravar? un poco m?s a las rentas del capital.<\/p>\n<p>Entre todas las medidas se prev? un aumento de la recaudaci?n de 11.000 millones de euros. Porcentualmente la cosa quedar?a como sigue:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rentas del capital: 800 millones de euros de ingresos extra que pagar?n los que m?s tienen.<\/li>\n<li>Aumento del IVA: 5.100 millones de euros, es un impuesto al consumo de car?cter universal, que afecta sobre todo a las rentas m?s bajas.<\/li>\n<li>Eliminaci?n de los 400 euros en el IRPF: 5.700 millones, una absurda medida que afectaba por igual a multimillonarios que a pensionistas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Es obvio que con la bajada de precios que se est? produciendo durante esta recesi?n, el gobierno espera que las medidas impositivas no afecten al consumo interno, que es un factor imprescindible para salir de la crisis, pero de lo que no cabe la menor duda es que, lo que se nos vende medi?ticamente como fruto de la acci?n de gobierno de un gobierno de izquierdas, es justamente todo lo contrario, un conjunto de decisiones m?s propias de un ejecutivo conservador que busca el apoyo necesario de la c?mara por su vertiente m?s de derechas. De lo contrario, se restablecer?a el impuesto de patrimonio, se eliminar?a el cheque beb? (2.500?) para las rentas m?s altas o no se bajar?a dos puntos ?como lo hizo el PSOE??el tipo m?ximo del IRPF.<\/p>\n<p>Creo que Zapatero y su ejecutivo van necesitando una movilizaci?n de la clase trabajadora que bien podr?a ser bajo la figura de una huelga general para tratar de devolverlo al redil de la sensatez y de esa izquierda con la que dice estar comprometido. Obviamente las movilizaciones del PP ?hoy mismo en Dos Hermanas?, aprovechan oportunistamente las contradicciones del gobierno para sacar r?ditos pol?ticos pero desde una ?ptica que persigue el abaratamiento del despido, la reducci?n de impuestos al empresariado y a las rentas m?s altas y la eliminaci?n en la medida de lo posible del exiguo estado de bienestar del que disfrutamos en nuestro pa?s.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>No se si creen que somos lerdos o si piensan que por repetir muchas veces lo mismo el personal se va a creer sus mentiras.
