Hoy los medios de la derecha se frotan las manos con el nuevo ?tir?n de orejas? que el FMI le ha propinado a nuestro pa?s por boca de Ajai Chopra, vicedirector del Departamento Europeo del Fondo. Es obvio que acierta en el an?lisis de la econom?a espa?ola, pero las medidas que propone para salir de la recesi?n son bastante parecidas a las que han sumido al mundo en esta crisis econ?mica, ambiental y social.<\/p>\n
Veamos las recetas sugeridas:<\/p>\n
Reducir las presiones del desempleo en las cuentas del Estado<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
Es obvio que ser?a deseable que no hubiera parados y que la protecci?n social prescindiera de los pagos por desempleo pero, ?qu? significa pedir esto en estos momentos? mandar a millones de personas a la pobreza, a la mendicidad y hasta al delito. Pero, por otro lado, provocar? una retracci?n a?n mayor del consumo interior que es la mejor manera de calentar la econom?a.<\/p>\n
las medidas que est? aplicando (el gobierno) deben acompa?arse de una reforma decidida en el mercado laboral<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
Lo de siempre, hay que abaratar el despido para crear empleo. ?Os pod?is imaginar qu? suceder?a en momentos como este si el despido fuera a?n m?s barato? Podr?amos llegar f?cilmente al 30% de desempleo e incluso mucho m?s, a cifras de verdadero estallido social si no existiesen medidas paliativas a cargo del estado como las coberturas ampliadas de desempleo.<\/p>\n
Debido a la magnitud del problema en Espa?a, pensamos que se necesita una mezcla de recortes del gasto y de aumentos de los ingresos para fortalecer el equilibrio presupuestario y lograr que la deuda se reduzca<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
Son declaraciones dignas de premio Nobel, cualquier persona que lleva una econom?a dom?stica sabe que para pagar una deuda hay que gastar menos e ingresar m?s. La cosa es que cuando se trata de un pa?s esto equivale a decir que hay que ahorrar en gastos sociales e inversiones p?blicas como el Plan E ?que son las que han evitado un desplome a?n mayor del empleo? habr?a que subir los impuestos.<\/p>\n
Est? claro que saldremos m?s tarde de la crisis, ning?n pa?s europeo ten?a una burbuja inmobiliaria de nuestro calibre. Como ya he dicho antes, los pa?ses europeos que la superen antes ayudar?n a Espa?a a salir del bache, no podemos hacerlo solos, hay par?n de la construcci?n para rato, m?s que nada por el super?vit de viviendas vac?as o sin vender que a?n existen en el mercado.<\/p>\n
Es posible que, para finales del a?o que viene, estemos en n?meros negros en cuanto a crecimiento, sin embargo, para crear empleo debemos crecer al menos al 2,5% y para eso necesitaremos al menos otro a?o m?s. Imagino que para recuperar el empleo perdido se necesitar? al menos un lustro. Y eso si todo va como tiene que ir, que con la inestabilidad y debilidad reinante, es mucho pedir.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
