En una sesi\u00f3n maratoniana el el Senado, defendiendo art\u00edculo por art\u00edculo como si se tratara de la conquista terrena palmo a palmo, durante 20 horas sus se\u00f1or\u00edas lograron erradicar una ley de la dictadura y sustituirla por una ley plenamente democr\u00e1tica que favorece la informaci\u00f3n por encima de los intereses de las corporaciones que viven de la manipulaci\u00f3n, de la desinformaci\u00f3n y de intereses ajenos a los que realmente deber\u00edan servir.<\/p>\n<p>Resumiendo, con \u00e1nimo de que se planteen en la vieja Europa f\u00f3rmulas similares, esta ley que tanto ha escandalizado a Clar\u00edn en Argentina y a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bitsrojiverdes.org\/wordpress\/?p=3174\">P\u00fablico<\/a> en Espa\u00f1a, establece que el espacio radioel\u00e9ctrico quedar\u00e1 dividido en tres tercios, uno para el estado, otro para las empresas y otro para sectores comunitarios sin fines de lucro. La ley impedir\u00e1 la concentraci\u00f3n de licencias en pocas manos, que tendr\u00e1n que vender sus derechos en el plazo m\u00e1ximo de un a\u00f1o a trav\u00e9s de la llamada cl\u00e1usula de desinversi\u00f3n de radio y televisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Es previsible que a partir de ahora, la oposici\u00f3n trate de impedir la aplicaci\u00f3n de la ley por medio de argucias legales al amparo de la supuesta vulneraci\u00f3n de la sacrosanta propiedad privada de las empresas de medios. Dentro de muy poco se implementar\u00e1n los mecanismos de la transici\u00f3n de una ley a otra e iremos viendo c\u00f3mo se desarrolla todo. Pero que nadie nos cuente que se trata de la lucha por la libertad de informaci\u00f3n, de prensa y otras zarandajas, aqu\u00ed se juegan los intereses de la sociedad argentina frente a los de unas pocas empresas.<\/p>\n<p>Ya podr\u00edan ir tomando nota en Europa y Estados Unidos del ejemplo de Argentina o Venezuela.
