Por primera vez tienen en bandeja el cese del enriquecimiento de uranio y, por tanto, la disipaci\u00f3n definitiva de las dudas que su programa nuclear pudiera despertar. \u00bfA cambio de qu\u00e9? Pues a cambio de combustible nuclear para su planta de investigaci\u00f3n con fines m\u00e9dicos en un intercambio simult\u00e1neo que deber\u00eda producirse en el interior de sus fronteras o en un pa\u00eds neutral como Turqu\u00eda. Ir\u00e1n lo entregar\u00eda enriquecido al 3,5% y lo recibir\u00eda a un 20% de pureza. De lo contrario, r<a href=\"http:\/\/noticias.123.cl\/entel123\/html\/Tele13\/Noticias\/Internacional\/392718.html\">eanudar\u00e1n la actividad de las centrifugadoras<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>La propuesta es respuesta al ultim\u00e1tum que expir\u00f3 el pasado 31 de diciembre y que amenazaba con la adopci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s sanciones internacionales si no se aceptaban sus condiciones. Por eso sorprende ahora la digna pose de EEUU y Francia en el sentido que no aceptar\u00e1n ning\u00fan tipo de ultim\u00e1tum. Les delata su discurso belicoso, su posici\u00f3n de fuerza y, sobre todo, su falta de raz\u00f3n. El imperio pretend\u00eda que Ir\u00e1n se desprendiera del uranio y que esperara, sin demasiadas garant\u00edas, a que Francia y Rusia lo enriquecieran y lo entregaran meses despu\u00e9s fuera del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>La pregunta que nos podr\u00edamos hacer los de abajo es bien sencilla. Si la disputa se reduce a unos detalles de plazos y de la forma de entrega \u00bfqu\u00e9 es m\u00e1s importante? \u00bfasegurarse de que Ir\u00e1n no fabrique la bomba o subsanar esas garant\u00edas que necesita para colaborar con el Consejo de Seguridad? Y si optan por la confrontaci\u00f3n cuando lo que pudiera estar en juego es la nuclearizaci\u00f3n del Medio Oriente \u00bfno ser\u00e1 que lo del programa nuclear militar es s\u00f3lo una invenci\u00f3n?
