Cuando Francia ha elevado protestas oficiales que han hecho necesarias las intervenciones de Sarko y Obama, es que la cosa es realmente seria. ?Qu? sucede como trasfondo? ?Es que se pelean por ayudar a un pa?s en situaci?n de emergencia humanitaria? ?Acaso quieren destacar por su filantrop?a ante la opini?n p?blica mundial?<\/p>\n<p>No parece que sea el motivo por el que la otrora potencia colonial de Hait? y el imperio que quiere reconquistar su patio trasero est?n <a href=\"http:\/\/www.publico.es\/internacional\/286562\/hait%C3%AD\/terremoto\/francia\/eeuu\/soldados?ct=bounce&amp;cf=lomas&amp;cfid=detalle\">a la gresca<\/a>. La filantrop?a no suele ser uno de los motores que mueven el mundo, por eso es una obligaci?n dudar de las aparentes buenas intenciones de la superpotencias. Es obvio que la situaci?n en Hait? se complica por la situaci?n de violencia y el pillaje que impera en las calles, pero ocupar un peque??simo pa?s unilateralmente con casi diez mil soldados me parece excesivo. En vez de enviar alimentos, medicinas y equipamiento, se llevan armas, portaaviones, crucero, destructores o fragatas y se toman los aeropuertos expulsando los vuelos de ayuda humanitaria de otros pa?ses como Brasil o Francia.<\/p>\n<p>Esto huele mal, muy mal. Conviene recordar que EEUU particip? en el golpe de estado que derroc? al presidente democr?tico Aristide y lo envi? sin mediar palabra a Sud?frica, algo sospechosamente parecido a lo sucedido en Honduras a?os despu?s. Seguro que pod?a haberse conformado una fuerza internacional organizada por la OEA o por Naciones Unidas, pero el unilateralismo norteamericano siempre tiende a mostrar su faz aun entre la hermosa y vac?a palabrer?a de Obama. Francia est? preocupada, su prensa habla abiertamente de ocupaci?n. Desde EEUU se habla de reformas del sistema pol?tico haitiano, de reformas econ?micas ?necesarias?, ?para qui?n?. El imperio lleva controlando Hait? desde el golpe de estado que la ONU encubri? y ayud? a mantener el status quo con casi 10.000 soldados con una fuerza multinacional.<\/p>\n<p>?Qu? pretende ahora? ?Consolidar su presencia? ?Evitar que llegue al poder alguien af?n al ALBA? ?Controlar el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.haiti-info.com\/spip.php?article2443\">tr?fico de drogas<\/a> haitiano en su propio beneficio? ?Agregar una estrellita m?s a su bandera como dicen algunos medios? ?Parar una <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rebelion.org\/noticia.php?id=98852&amp;titular=hait%ED-situaci%F3n-en-el-mapa-\">nueva oleada de inmigraci?n con destino Miami<\/a>?Quiz?s un poco de todo. La tensi?n generada entre Francia y la UE con Estados Unidos no es balad? y responde a una seria preocupaci?n por lo que realmente persigue EEUU en este m?sero pa?s atacado por innumerables desgracias y unas tensiones internas brutales derivadas de la desigualdad que ahora salen a flote<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Parec?a que pod?a ser una salida de tono de Ch?vez o quiz? una exageraci?n de Naomi Klein, pero el tiempo les ha dado la raz?n.
