Su nombre oficial es ?Tribunal Internacional sobre Cr?menes de Guerra? y es una instituci?n de peso y reconocimiento mundial. Tuvo su actuaci?n m?s significativa cuando la intervenci?n norteamericana en la Guerra de Vietnam (para el que fue creado), aunque tambi?n ha trabajado el golpe militar de Chile, Irak… y ahora Palestina<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Durante los d?as 1, 2 y 3 de marzo, un grupo de juristas y personalidades de todo el mundo han analizado la situaci?n en los territorios ocupados de Palestina y han emitido un demoledor informe<\/a> culpando a la Uni?n Europea de complicidad con las violaciones de los derechos humanos cometidas sistem?ticamente por Israel. El tribunal estaba formado por<\/p>\n

  2. Gis?le Halimi, abogada, fue embajadora en la UNESCO, Francia<\/li>\n

  4. Michael Mansfield, abogado, Presidente de la Sociedad Haldane?de Juristas Socialistas, Gran Breta?a<\/li>\n
  5. Jos? Antonio Mart?n Pall?n, magistrado, Tribunal Supremo, Espa?a<\/li>\n
  6. Cynthia McKinney, miembro del anterior congreso americano y candidata presidencial en 2008 por el Partido Verde, Estados Unidos.<\/li>\n
  7. Alberto San Juan<\/a>, actor, Espa?a.<\/li>\n
  8. Aminata Traor?, escritora y ex-ministra de cultura de Mali<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Durante tres d?as han estado recabando testimonios sobre la situaci?n en Palestina a trav?s de testigos presenciales, expertos, juristas y diplom?ticos, as? como los t?rminos del acuerdo de Asociaci?n entre la Uni?n Europea e Israel, a quien acusa de practicar sistem?ticamente pol?ticas de apartheid. Entre los temas analizados han estado el derechos de autodeterminaci?n de los palestinos, los asentamientos ilegales, el expolio de los recursos naturales, la anexi?n de Jerusal?n este, el sitio de Gaza, la operaci?n Plomo Fundido y la construcci?n del muro del apartheid.<\/p>\n

    El Tribunal ha culpado a la UE de la venta de armas a Israel que se usaron para asesinar a centenares de civiles durante la ?ltima invasi?n de Gaza, ha pedido la<\/p>\n

    \n

    adopci?n de sanciones diplom?ticas, comerciales y culturales?para acabar con la impunidad de la que Israel ha gozado durante d?cadas. Si la Uni?n Europea no tiene el necesario valor para hacerlo, el Tribunal va a apoyarse en los ciudadanos de Europa para ejercer la presi?n necesaria para conseguirlo por todos los medios.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

    Obviamente la respuesta de Israel no ha sido muy amistosa, m?s bien airada e incluso disparatada, ha comparado a los miembros del tribunal con nazis y a la propia instituci?n con el Ku Klux Klan cuando juzgaba a gentes de raza negra, pero la UE tampoco ha colaborado con las disquisiciones y pesquisas del Tribunal, ya que ha evitado explicar su postura evitando su deseada comparecencia.<\/p>\n

    Adem?s de los miembros de este tribunal especial, existe un comit? de apoyo compuesto por el ex secretario general de la ONU, Boutros-Ghali; el?ex presidente del Tribunal Internacional de Justicia, Mohammed Bedjaoui; Noam Chomsky, Ken Loach, Jos? Saramago, Naomi Klein, Vandana Shiva, Eudardo Galeano, etc. Todos ellos unos peligrosos radicales extremistas a los ojos del sionismo.
