El primero de ellos por el ya tradicional mantenimiento de la condena un\u00e1nime del bloqueo a Cuba, que no ha conseguido sino empeorar las condiciones de vida del pueblo cubano e incluso el fortalecimiento de su r\u00e9gimen pol\u00edtico.<\/p>\n<p>Las presiones de los norteamericanos los d\u00edas precedentes pretend\u00edan cambiar el t\u00e9rmino <i>bloqueo<\/i> por <i>embargo<\/i>, creando una nueva crisis diplom\u00e1tica artificiosa con el Estado Espa\u00f1ol, ya que el t\u00e9rmino es el empleado por la ONU desde hace bastantes a\u00f1os en sus traducciones al castellano de las trece Resoluciones de condena de la Asamblea General y el propio PP lo asumi\u00f3 como propio sin causar ning\u00fan tipo de problemas. No obstante, era la primera vez que una cumbre de esta naturaleza usaba el t\u00e9rmino, y eso era lo que m\u00e1s molestaba al agresor, que su tradicional \u00c2\u00abpatio trasero\u00c2\u00bb elevara el tono de la condena. Ni que decir tiene que Cuba ha considerado el documento como una <a href=\"http:\/\/www.elpais.es\/articulo\/elpporint\/20051016elpepuint_1\/Tes\">victoria<\/a> para su pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>SOLICITAMOS EN PARTICULAR AL GOBIERNO DE LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS QUE CON CAR\u00c1CTER INMEDIATO DETENGA LA APLICACI\u00d3N DE LAS MEDIDAS ADOPTADAS EN EL CURSO DE LOS DOS \u00daLTIMOS A\u00d1OS CON EL OBJETIVO DE FORTALECER Y PROFUNDIZAR EL IMPACTO DE SU POL\u00cdTICA DE BLOQUEO ECON\u00d3MICO, COMERCIAL Y FINANCIERO A CUBA<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Pero Cuba, a pesar de la ausencia de Fidel, ha sido tambi\u00e9n protagonista, junto con Venezuela, de otro conflicto relacionado con la lucha contra el terrorismo y Estados Unidos: el caso Posada Carriles, que pone de manifiesto la falsa ret\u00f3rica de este pa\u00eds al tratar este. seg\u00fan nos venden, crucial tema de su pol\u00edtica interior y exterior. Con el asunto Posada queda patente que el imperio hace distingos entre terroristas buenos, cuando trabajan bajo sus \u00f3rdenes o para favorecer sus intereses y terroristas malos si no est\u00e1n bajo su control.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, en el documento de la Cumbre sobre lucha contra el terrorismo se pide la extradici\u00f3n del \u00c2\u00abBin Laden\u00c2\u00bb latinoamericano, aunque se deja la puerta abierta a que sea juzgado con garant\u00edas en cualquier otro pa\u00eds. Al final se ha cedido un poco ante las presiones norteamericanas y se apoyan en el texto<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>LAS GESTIONES PARA LOGRAR LA EXTRADICI\u00d3N O LLEVAR ANTE LA JUSTICIA AL RESPONSABLE DEL ATENTADO TERRORISTA A UN AVI\u00d3N DE CUBANA DE AVIACI\u00d3N EN OCTUBRE DE 1976 QUE CAUS\u00d3 LA MUERTE A 73 CIVILES INOCENTES.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>cuando en el borrador anterior se trataba de \u00c2\u00ablograr la extradici\u00f3n y llevar ante la justicia\u00c2\u00bb al terrorista cubano. Sin duda, EEUU cada vez lo tiene m\u00e1s complicado para afrontar una salida honrosa a esta crisis que no socave a\u00fan m\u00e1s su credibilidad internacional en su particular guerra contra el terror.<\/p>\n<p>Por si alguien no conoce la trayectoria de este tipo, pongo aqu\u00ed lo que dice de \u00e9l hoy mismo el diario <a href=\"http:\/\/www.abc.es\/abc\/pg051015\/prensa\/noticias\/Nacional\/Nacional\/200510\/15\/NAC-NAC-016.asp\">ABC<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>LUIS POSADA CARRILES, HOY PROVECTO (77 A\u00d1OS) MILITANTE DE LA OPOSICI\u00d3N RADICAL AL R\u00c9GIMEN DE FIDEL CASTRO, ES EL T\u00cdPICO PRODUCTO DE LA \u00abGUERRA FR\u00cdA\u00bb. PREPARADO POR LA CIA PARA ENTRENAR AL EXILIO CUBANO, POSADA CARRILES FUE UNO DE LOS HOMBRES ENCARGADOS DE ADIESTRAR A LOS EJECUTORES DE LA FRACASADA INVASI\u00d3N DE BAH\u00cdA DE COCHINOS EN 1961. DESPU\u00c9S PLANEAR\u00cdA O LLEVAR\u00cdA A CABO ACTOS DE SABOTAJE Y TERRORISTAS QUE INCLUYEN EL ATAQUE A SEDES DIPLOM\u00c1TICAS CUBANAS, COLOCACI\u00d3N DE BOMBAS EN HOTELES INTERNACIONALES, ASESINATOS (COMO EL DEL EX CANCILLER CHILENO ORLANDO LETELIER) O LA VOLADURA DE UN AVI\u00d3N DE PASAJEROS.<\/p>\n<p>EN 2000 ES DETENIDO Y ENCARCELADO EN CIUDAD DE PANAM\u00c1 DURANTE LA X CUMBRE IBEROAMERICANA, CUANDO PLANEABA, PRESUNTAMENTE, EL ASESINATO DE FIDEL CASTRO.
