Con la celebraci?n hace un par de d?as de las elecciones para refrendar el proyecto de constituci?n, Irak va camino de entrar en el selecto grupo de naciones libres del mundo. Gracias al sacrificio del pueblo norteamericano, que va camino de perder alrededor de 2000 soldados y una ingente cantidad de recursos econ?micos y materiales, los niveles de democracia alcanzados en el pa?s no tienen parang?n en toda la regi?n ?si excluimos a Israel, claro est?. El germen de la libertad ya ha sido sembrado en Oriente y, gracias al ejemplo iraqu?, un nuevo orden ser? instaurado en esta hist?ricamente inestable ?rea del planeta. El plan trazado por los estrategas de pol?tica exterior de Bush, impulsado por el mandato divino recibido por el l?der planetario, ha comenzado a dar sus primeros frutos.<\/p>\n

Y como dice el refr?n, de tal palo, tal astilla. L?gicamente la democracia iraqu? es heredera directa de la democracia americana. Por eso Condi y el mism?simo comandante en jefe se atreven a decir que la constituci?n ha sido aprobada antes de comenzar el recuento de papeletas. Por eso hay tant?simas sombras sobre el proceso de votaci?n. Es curioso ver c?mo en las zonas chi?tas y kurdas el grado de participaci?n ha sido especialmente bajo mientras que en ?reas sunitas ha sido calificado como anormalmente alto<\/i> por la misma Comisi?n Electoral, que ha anunciado que va a abrir una investigaci?n<\/a> para ver si el fraude puede cumplir los est?ndares internacionales y ser superado sin escandalizar a la opini?n p?blica internacional. De esto Bush y su familia tambi?n saben bastante y cuentan con amplia experiencia en el fen?meno de salir indemnes de situaciones similares.<\/p>\n

Los datos cantan por buler?as, en las provincias sunitas el voto de media roza el 65% y en los feudos de la resistencia hasta el 95%. O sea, a mayor grado de oposici?n al refer?ndum, m?s fraude, porque por supuesto en esas provincias ganar? el s?. Hay que recordar que con 3 provincias que voten en contra, el proyecto constitucional quedar? anulado y deber? comenzar de nuevo un proceso constituyente. Y eso, con las prisas que tienen los EEUU en buscar una salida del pantano, es algo que no pueden permitirse. Los observadores del partido del Consejo del Di?logo Nacional han afirmado que en las zonas sunitas el voto ha sido muy mayoritariamente contrario al actual texto redactado por los colaboracionistas y los pol?ticos empotrados que ven?an junto a los tanques de los invasores. <\/p>\n

Ya veremos qu? sucede en los pr?ximos d?as, se esperan varias sesiones de nouvelle cuisine antes de conocer los datos refinitivos.<\/p>\n
