\"ussA pesar de la unanimidad de los medios de comunicaci?n occidentales, no est? nada claro lo sucedido hace un par de d?as en el Mar Amarillo. Parece quedar sentado que Corea del Sur dispar? primero<\/a> aunque no sabemos si esos disparos alcanzaron a su vecino o si, por el contrario, los tiros en las maniobras militares fueron siempre dentro de sus aguas jurisdiccionales. Corea del Norte hab?a avisado previamente que no aceptar?a provocaciones<\/a> como las que se estaban realizando en aquella zona al sur de la L?nea de Armisticio pero reclamada por el r?gimen comunista como territorio de su pa?s. En ese caso el asunto quedar?a reducido a si se trata de un ejercicio de la soberan?a de un estado o directamente a una provocaci?n calculada<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Tambi?n parece cierto que EEUU ten?a previsto realizar unas maniobras conjuntas en el ?rea con sus s?bditos surcoreanos para estas fechas, lo que parece ahondar en la maquiav?lica programaci?n de los incidentes. Pero la coincidencia en las fechas con la muestra a un cient?fico gringo de una modern?sima planta de enriquecimiento de uranio con fines militares que nunca antes hab?a sido mostrada a inspectores ni puesta sobre el tapete de las negociaciones a seis bandas para solucionar las disputas entre las dos coreas, tampoco parece casual. China, atendiendo a algunas declaraciones oficiales, parece que se ha apuntado a esta tesis al decirle al eje EEUU-Corea del Sur que ?se opone a toda provocaci?n militar?.<\/p>\n

En este caso los bombardeos responder?an a presiones a EEUU para forzarlo a un acuerdo de paz definitivo con fronteras consensuadas, no un armisticio jalonado de incidentes fronterizos y tensiones permanentes como el que existe desde 1953. Esa podr?a ser el regalo en herencia que Pyongyang podr?a dejarle a su hijo cuando abandone pr?ximamente el poder. Sea como fuere, es necesario estar bastante atentos a lo que acontezca en los pr?ximos d?as cuando llegue desde Tokio el portaaviones nuclear norteamericano George Washington al Mar Amarillo aunque desde luego no es esperable que se vuelva a te?ir de rojo?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
