Y si el tiempo de dilaci?n va a discurrir sin cobrarse nuevas v?ctimas, miel sobre hojuelas. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gara.net\/agiriak\/110108_comunicado.pdf\">ETA por fin ha declarado un alto el fuego permanente<\/a>, de car?cter general y verificable por la comunidad internacional. Ha tardado un poco m?s de la cuenta en hacerse realidad, pero es ya un hecho que ha sido <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gara.net\/azkenak\/01\/242260\/es\/Brian-Currin-ETA-ha-respondido-positivamente-peticion-que-le-hizo\">recibido con gran satisfacci?n por los mediadores internacionales<\/a>. Cierto que a?n falta el anuncio del fin definitivo de la violencia, pero su declaraci?n se vincula en el marco de un compromiso con un <em>proceso de soluci?n definitivo y con el final de la confrontaci?n armada. <\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bitsrojiverdes.org\/wordpress\/?p=4454\">Desde septiembre del pasado a?o, ETA no ha cesado de dar peque?os pasos unilaterales para propiciar la soluci?n del conflicto vasco<\/a> pero, en esta ocasi?n, ha acatado las demandas internacionales y las de buena parte de la sociedad vasca expresadas en las declaraciones de Bruselas y Gernika.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora la pelota est? claramente en el tejado del gobierno del estado espa?ol, que ya no puede permanecer por m?s tiempo anclado en la inacci?n sin incurrir en graves responsabilidades hist?ricas. Es hora de que se pongan al frente de un proceso de paz en el que ETA no ha pedido estar presente ni siquiera condicionarlo de ninguna manera, dejando esos temas a los <em>agentes pol?ticos y sociales vascos<\/em> y respetando la decisi?n soberana de la ciudadan?a expresada libre y democr?ticamente; algo que deber?a, obviamente, hacer tambi?n el estado de manera rec?proca.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, no es el mejor momento para que esto suceda. El PSOE necesita desesperadamente alg?n resultado positivo que presentar antes de las pr?ximas elecciones, dado que la econom?a, sobre todo el paro, no va a mejorar ostensiblemente antes de 2012. Si Rubalcaba pilotara ese proceso y este tuviese un final satisfactorio, los socialistas podr?an so?ar con no perder las elecciones o hacer que el PP no obtuviera la mayor?a absoluta. Un buen <a href=\"http:\/\/www.elplural.com\/politica\/detail.php?id=54482\">sector del socialismo espa?ol est? ya directamente apostando por Rubalcaba<\/a> dado el brutal desgaste que ha sufrido Zapatero y que previsiblemente va a seguir padeciendo en los pr?ximos meses.<\/p>\n<p>Pero la derecha, por su parte, va a tratar por todos los medios a su alcance ?con la inestimable colaboraci?n de la mayor?a de los medios de comunicaci?n y el ultramontano TDT Party? abortar cualquier soluci?n y dilatar el posible acuerdo hasta que ellos alcancen el poder. Ya han hecho fracasar conscientemente anteriores procesos y no les va a temblar el pulso en denunciar contraprestaciones pol?ticas, traicionar la memoria de las v?ctimas, regalar Navarra a los etarras o cualquier otra invenci?n de esas que, multiplicada y amplificada hasta la saciedad, pueda hacer dudar al PSOE de emprender el camino hacia la pacificaci?n y normalizaci?n definitiva del Pa?s Vasco.<\/p>\n<p>Todo indica que, sin m?s garant?as entre bambalinas, el PSOE ni se va a molestar en subirse al carro, eso es lo que han manifestado sus portavoces. De momento, han abjurado de la verificaci?n internacional y han apostado por una ?nica verificaci?n efectuada por las fuerzas y cuerpos de seguridad del estado espa?ol, absolutamente denostados por estar <a href=\"http:\/\/www.publico.es\/espana\/354064\/condena-a-cuatro-guardias-por-torturar-a-los-etarras-de-la-t-4\">implicados en casos de represi?n y torturas<\/a> como el recientemente sentenciado por la Audiencia Provincial de Guip?zcoa?que no los ha dejado precisamente en buen lugar y ha salpicado especialmente a Rubalcaba. Se espera pues un periodo especialmente complejo y con m?ltiples combinaciones, con posibles repercusiones en el pacto antinatura del Pa?s Vasco, con una IA decidida a recuperar el terreno pol?tico perdido (o m?s bien robado), con un PNV pillado en fuera de juego,?etc, etc. Sin duda tiempos realmente apasionantes que pueden desembocar en la superaci?n de uno de los problemas m?s graves que arrastramos desde hace ya demasiados a?os en Euskadi y en el resto del estado espa?ol.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ya dijimos que se trataba de una novela por entregas, pero si va a tener un final feliz, la espera tendr? su recompensa.
