Aunque resta alguna confirmaci\u00f3n oficial y las informaciones parecen contradictorias, todo indica que ha sido as\u00ed. El sistema judicial iran\u00ed contiene una disposici\u00f3n que permite no ejecutar las condenas a muerte siempre que los criminales sean perdonados por sus v\u00edctimas o por la familia de esta. Y el plazo que ofrece para pronunciarse no es precisamente corto \u20145 a\u00f1os\u2014 para que as\u00ed pueda pasar el tiempo necesario para que se enfr\u00eden los deseos de venganza y se pueda pensar con calma la aplicaci\u00f3n de la pena capital. El resultado es que este tipo de indultos se aplica con much\u00edsima frecuencia, por lo que, a pesar de las muchas condenas a muerte dictadas, se aplica en bastantes menos ocasiones.<\/p>\n<p>La tendencia incluso es que la pena de muerte pueda ser abolida en la rep\u00fablica isl\u00e1mica en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os, como ya sucede de hecho con la lapidaci\u00f3n, aplicada frecuentemente en la \u00e9poca del Sha de Persia \u2014el aliado de occidente\u2014 y ahora en proceso de moratoria desde 2002 y en tr\u00e1mite parlamentario de erradicaci\u00f3n definitiva al haberse pronunciado as\u00ed una mayor\u00eda parlamentaria suficiente en 2008.<\/p>\n<p>Su se confirmara, el montaje medi\u00e1tico quedar\u00eda definitivamente desactivado. Imagino que, inicialmente, todos querr\u00e1n apuntarse la buena nueva durante unos d\u00edas para luego ir montando una nueva forma de atacar al r\u00e9gimen iran\u00ed y justificar as\u00ed la aut\u00e9ntica guerra que se libra contra \u00e9l desde hace ya varios a\u00f1os.\u00a0Una guerra que se juega en varios frentes, la asfixia diplom\u00e1tica, el embargo financiero y tecnol\u00f3gico, las operaciones de bandera falsa usando a grupos de al Qaeda para cometer atentados contra la Guarda Revolucionaria, el espionaje mediante drones, la amenaza militar nuclear anclada permanentemente frente a las costas del Golfo, el asesinato o secuestro de cient\u00edficos, etc, etc y ahora la propagaci\u00f3n de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.abna.ir\/data.asp?lang=5&amp;id=221442\">virus inform\u00e1ticos<\/a> con apoyo de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.elmundo.es\/elmundo\/2011\/01\/17\/navegante\/1295259664.html\">Israel<\/a> para atentar contra las instalaciones nucleares del pa\u00eds que, de paso, se ha escapado y ha afectado a industrias de numerosos pa\u00edses del mundo pudiendo provocar una aut\u00e9ntica cat\u00e1strofe como ha alertado la OCDE.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Como ya vaticinamos en su momento, Sakineh puede haber sido salvada de la horca.
