\"\"Al dictador se le est?n acabando los apoyos internacionales. Ya s?lo le queda Israel como aliado<\/a> incondicional, ellos siempre han sido de la opini?n de que Mubarak ?a medio plazo lograr? acabar con las protestas utilizando las v?as m?s o menos brutales a su disposici?n?, dios los cr?a y ellos se juntan, dice el refranero popular. EEUU es el mejor term?metro para diagnosticar el estado del moribundo presidente y, por lo que se ve, ya est? reculando visiblemente, al menos en p?blico. Su postura oficial ha ido desliz?ndose desde el apoyo incondicional al r?gimen, pasando por la petici?n de reformas inconcretas hasta la demanda inmediata de cambios<\/a> hacia una democracia plena.<\/p>\n

Bajo ning?n concepto quiere una revoluci?n popular similar a la liderada por el Ayatollah Jomeini en Ir?n. Por eso no quiere parecer alineado con Mubarak a pesar de haber sido su principal soporte durante 30 a?os. EEUU ha sido el c?mplice necesario del fara?n<\/em> para mantener la represi?n contra la poblaci?n egipcia y las manos que han manejado a distancia los hilos de la pol?tica exterior de El Cairo que ha servido, entre otras cosas, para encarcelar en un gran gueto al pueblo palestino de Gaza y perpetrar contra ?l todo tipo de cr?menes contra la humanidad. Con su hipocres?a habitual, el mismo imperio que ha subcontratado<\/em> a Egipto para torturar a sospechosos de terrorismo y combatientes ilegales<\/em>, exige ahora el respeto absoluto a los derechos humanos para apaciguar los ?nimos de la hastiada y enfervorizada poblaci?n.<\/p>\n

Mientras EEUU e Israel esperan atentos el desenlace de la compleja trama desencadenada en la calle, paralelamente juegan la baza de El Baradei fabricando un l?der alternativo casi de la nada para evitar que la ?nica oposici?n pol?tica real, los Hermanos Musulmanes, lleguen al poder. ?Si no les sale bien, ya est?n valorando detener la ayuda econ?mica anual de alrededor de 1.500 millones de d?lares para gasto militar, es obvio que no desean armar a un enemigo potencial. Ma?ana podr?a ser un d?a clave<\/a>, se espera una respuesta popular masiva a los cambios de fichas efectuados por Mubarak. La polic?a est? acuartelada y los militares han anunciado que no atacar?n al pueblo, incluso han calificado la revuelta como leg?tima<\/em>. Todos los ingredientes est?n preparados para que se cocine el triunfo del segundo levantamiento en una dictadura del Magreb y Oriente Medio.<\/p>\n

Si todo cuaja como se prev?, habr?a que convocar cuanto antes elecciones generales libres y transparentes, no parciales como ha ofrecido el nuevo vicepresidente Suleiman en algunos distritos e iniciar un nuevo proceso constituyente para la redacci?n de una constituci?n m?s garantista. Poner a dedo presidentes interinos nombrados por Mubarak o por occidente para controlar un proceso espont?neo de fuertes convicciones democr?ticas y libertadoras ser?a repetir otro error garrafal de inesperadas consecuencias.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
