Pues bien, hoy mismo se han ejemplificado nuevamente las hip?critas contradicciones occidentales en la aplicaci?n del derecho internacional, lo que obviamente invalida de facto la exigencia de cumplimiento por medios pac?ficos o coercitivos. <\/p>\n<p>Y es que no se puede pretender endurecer hasta lo infinito un acuerdo de libre adhesi?n para un pa?s, mientras que a otro se le premia por no firmarlo, por contradecir su articulado y por proliferrase hasta los dientes con bombas nucleares manteniendo adem?s conflictos b?licos con pa?ses vecinos. Hoy Bush ha anunciado la cesi?n de tecnolog?a nuclear a la India sin tener en cuenta que:<\/p>\n<p>? No ha firmado el TNP<\/p>\n<p>? Ha construido bombas at?micas y seguir? haci?ndolo<\/p>\n<p>? Mantiene una guerra soterrada con Pakist?n que, posiblemente, se sienta amenazada y contin?e su carrera armament?stica at?mica <\/p>\n<p>? Va a mantener sus instalaciones nucleares militares fuera del control del OIEA<\/p>\n<p>A cambio, algunas instalaciones nucleares civiles s? que ser?n vigiladas por inspectores internacionales, un magn?fico logro donde los haya, por Tutatis. A tenor de las declaraciones de Bush, parece que lo que persigue, adem?s de abrir acuerdos comerciales con una de las econom?as emergentes m?s potentes del planeta, que de alguna manera baje la demanda india de petr?leo para aliviar la presi?n sobre este recurso, evitar su encarecimiento y propiciar as? el control sobre el mismo.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras, las rotativas se siguen cebando contra Ir?n sin que nadie haya podido demostrar que el enriquecimiento de uranio que ha reanudado tenga fines militares. El pr?ximo lunes se celebrar? una reuni?n de la Junta de Gobernadores del OIEA donde previsiblemente se endurezcan las posturas diplom?ticas contra este pa?s y se abran v?as para la adopci?n de sanciones econ?micas e incluso para un ataque militar.
