En el listado, el n\u00famero 26 se corresponde con el\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.state.gov\/j\/ct\/rls\/other\/des\/123085.htm\">Libyan Islamic Fighting Group (LIFG)<\/a>, grupo al que pertenece el l\u00edder de las fuerzas que tomaron Tr\u00edpoli al amparo de la OTAN y los dem\u00e1s ej\u00e9rcitos extranjeros que los acompa\u00f1aban:\u00a0Abdel Hakim Bel Hadj, hoy jefe militar de Tr\u00edpoli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al ser combatiente en Afganist\u00e1n y emir del LIFG, fue arrestado por la CIA en 2004 y luego encarcelado en Libia hasta que, en un gesto de apertura hacia el islamismo, el gobierno de Gadafi decidi\u00f3 poner en libertad a un contingente de m\u00e1s de 200 personas relacionadas con al Qaeda y el yihadismo. Craso error.
