Sin duda Israel ha logrado cotas de mayor seguridad con el ataque a Siria en defensa propia. 3 pa\u00edses ahora est\u00e1n en pie de guerra contra Israel, Palestina, Siria y L\u00edbano. Si cumplen la amenaza de deportar a Arafat, cerrar\u00e1n otra puerta m\u00e1s hacia la paz y perder\u00e1n buena parte de la interlocuci\u00f3n mediadora \u00e1rabe. EEUU y su ac\u00f3lito acabar\u00e1n por desestabilizar todo Oriente, y vista la capacidad que tiene para arreglar sus entuertos, nadie sabe como puede terminar esta historia. El petr\u00f3leo vuelve a subir, poniendo en peligro la incipiente recuperaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica y el terrorismo tendr\u00e1 nuevas alas y nuevos br\u00edos en todo el mundo. Como los gringos no pueden vivir sin enemigos, es necesario crearlos o jalearlos, o ambas cosas a la vez.
