{"id":7770,"date":"2012-10-26T19:27:39","date_gmt":"2012-10-26T18:27:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bitsrojiverdes.org\/wordpress\/?p=7770"},"modified":"2012-10-26T19:27:39","modified_gmt":"2012-10-26T18:27:39","slug":"alto-el-fuego-en-siria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bitsrojiverdes.org\/wordpress\/?p=7770","title":{"rendered":"Alto el fuego en Siria"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Los altos mandos del Ejercito sirio han ordenado a sus tropas a acatar el alto el fuego durante la Fiesta del Cordero, la principal festividad de los musulmanes.<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nEn el anuncio del Ej?rcito, sirio se subraya que las tropas sirias responder?n a cualquier violaci?n de la tregua por parte de los rebeldes si ?sta ?pone bajo amenaza a la poblaci?n civil?  <\/p>\n<p>Adem?s, en el comunicado el Mando General de las Fuerzas Armadas asegura que actuar? si los rebeldes \u00bb fortalecen sus posiciones o reciben suministro de armas o personas desde dentro o fuera del pa?s\u00bb. Por su parte, los representantes del llamado Ej?rcito libre sirio declararon que acatar?n la tregua, pero exigen que sus combatientes encarcelados sean puestos en libertad. Las operaciones militares quedan suspendidas durante cuatro d?as, desde el 26 hasta el 29 de octubre.    <\/p>\n<p>El mediador internacional para Siria, Lajdar Brahimi,  anunci? la v?spera que hab?a llegado a un acuerdo con el gobierno sirio para imponer el cese de las hostilidades durante la celebraci?n de la fiesta religiosa. Tambi?n inform? que hab?a contactado con algunos de los \u00abgrupos combatientes\u00bb, en alusi?n a los rebeldes, y se?al? que \u00abla mayor?a de ellos\u00bb, en principio, han aceptado la tregua. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Sin conflicto los rebeldes ?no tendr?n nada que hacer en el pa?s?<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nEl analista internacional Juan Luis Gonz?lez P?rez considera que, bas?ndose en la experiencia de situaciones similares, existe la posibilidad de que los rebeldes violen la tregua. ?Los rebeldes nunca se han puesto de acuerdo con un proceso de paz.
