Para  entonces se preve?a que Rusia proporcionase a la rep?blica isl?mica modernos sistemas de misiles tierra-aire capaces de enfrentar cualquier ataque a?reo contra su pa?s y esa era una de las razones por las que se trat? de tensionar las relaciones diplom?ticas internacionales para as? cerrar la v?a diplom?tica y comenzar cuanto antes alternativas militares.<\/p>\n<p>Pero la estrategia dilatoria de Ir?n, las complicaciones en Irak, Afganist?n y L?bano y la derrota de Bush en las elecciones frente a los dem?cratas han demorado ostensiblemente los tiempos e incluso parece haberse abandonado en el Pent?gono la posibilidad de una intervenci?n militar a corto plazo. En todo caso parece que EEUU ?subcontratar?a? el ataque a su partenaire favorito, Israel, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bitsrojiverdes.org\/wordpress\/?p=776\">seg?n se desprende de las palabras del propio Bush<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>As? que se suma otro motivo m?s para dificultar la soluci?n militar, los 29 sistemas Tor-M1 est?n llegando desde hace cierto tiempo y ya se ha instruido en Rusia a militares iran?es. Israel ha calificado la operaci?n como de ?pu?alada por la espalda? rusa, ya que prefiere un Ir?n desarmado para machacarlo a placer como hace a diario con Palestina e impedir as? su desarrollo y su influencia regional.<\/p>\n<p>Los Tor-M1 se utilizan para interceptar misiles alados, bombas inteligentes y aviones,<br \/>\nson sistemas tecnol?gicamente muy avanzados, la <a href=\"http:\/\/elobservador.rctv.net\/Noticias\/VerNoticia.aspx?NoticiaId=206544&#038;Tipo=20\">prensa<\/a> dice de ellos que :<\/p>\n<p>>cada sistema Tor est? dotado de ocho cohetes tierra-aire con un alcance de entre 1,5 y 12 kil?metros de distancia y de entre 10 metros y 6 kil?metros de altitud. Los Tor-M1 son los \u00ab?nicos en el mundo\u00bb que son capaces de detectar, identificar y seguir hasta 48 blancos simult?neamente, adem?s de abatir, al mismo tiempo, dos objetos en el aire que vuelen a alturas de entre 20 a 6 mil metros. <\/p>\n<p>Al otro previsible agresor tampoco parece haberles hecho mucha gracia, pero se trata de armas convencionales no sometidas a control alguno en su comercio y de car?cter ?nicamente defensivo, por lo que no se entienden las palabras de un representante del gobierno de EEUU en el sentido que la compra de misiles ?va a contribuir a desestabilizar Oriente Medio?.
