Una vez? que ocurre un incidente que se puede convertir en un arma medi?tica, los pol?ticos reaccionan creando normas que hacen m?s complejo el ordenamiento social y econ?mico para justificar su reacci?n ante ese incidente.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora se baraja reducir los aforos en espacios para eventos en Madrid, cuando el problema del Madrid Arena ha sido por sobrado incumplimiento del aforo establecido as? como falta de transparencia en la adjudicaci?n del uso de una propiedad p?blica. El resultado de esta reacci?n es que as? complicar?n a los profesionales de ese sector que hagan su trabajo mientras que probablemente no produzca ninguna mejora a largo plazo. No considero que lo que la sociedad madrile?a demande es revisar los aforos de los edificios p?blicos, sin embargo aparentemente para el pol?tico su cargo ha quedado justificado con esta actuaci?n.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora me pregunto ?Cuanta normativa se ha generado en Espa?a en los ?ltimos a?os basados en este mismo ?modus operandi?? ?Cu?ntos procesos o iniciativas se tienen que someter a interminables tr?mites burocr?ticos enfocados m?s a salvaguardar al representante de una administraci?n que a facilitar o mejorar el propio proceso? ?Cu?nto se ha complicado el acceso a concursos p?blicos con burocracia injustificada cuando eso no ha evitado gestiones malintencionadas del patrimonio p?blico?<\/p>\n<p>Recuerdo? que el objetivo de una ley o norma debe ser mejorar la anteriormente existente, no cubrir eventualidades. Pido a los pol?ticos que revisen su forma de actuar porque si seguimos por esta senda en breve nos encontraremos con un pa?s atascado por la burocracia y la normativa pero sin ninguna capacidad de ser eficiente y resolutivo, cualidades necesarias para ?salir del atolladero en el que estamos inmersos.<\/p>\n<p>Anselmo Espinosa?
