Hasta ah? todo normal, s?lo era cuesti?n de tiempo que los pa?ses productores aunaran intereses y se organizaran para fijar precios y cuotas de producci?n, un hecho absolutamente temido por los pa?ses consumidores, principalmente la UE y EEUU. Pero otro hecho, que ha pasado medio desapercibido, parece venir aparejado con esa iniciativa: seg?n el diario que ha destapado la noticia ?el Kommersant?la bolsa operar? en euros en vez de en d?lares, lo que puede debilitar a?n m?s la moneda USAmericana y precipitar la anunciada recesi?n econ?mica del imperio. Muchos estadistas sit?an el inicio de la tan tra?da crisis monetaria cuando el cambio se establezca en 1?-1,5$, aunque otros la ubican en 1-1,7.  <\/p>\n<p>No es casualidad que la iniciativa haya partido de Ir?n, no deja de ser un movimiento m?s en las soterradas maniobras de choque que mantienen ambos pa?ses, ni tampoco lo es el que agrupe en su seno a varios pa?ses considerados dentro del eje del mal o m?s o menos hostiles como Qatar (sede de Al Yazeera). Veremos en los pr?ximos d?as si se confirman las noticias y la direcci?n que toma el asunto. Lo que no se puede negar es que parece bastante interesante y tiene mucho m?s alcance de lo que podr?a parecer a simple vista. <\/p>\n<p>Por el momento, Europa se muestra bastante asustada, no solamente por las repercusiones econ?micas de la puesta en marcha del c?rtel, sino tambi?n porque, sin comerlo ni beberlo, puede hallarse inmersa en una lucha sin cuartel contra el imperio que, en principio, no desea. ?Record?is las palabras del asesor de campa?a de Bush, Grover Norquist, que afirmaba que <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bitsrojiverdes.org\/wordpress\/?p=9\">enterrar?an a los europeos<\/a>? Este neocon situaba el escenario en su justa dimensi?n, entre dos modos de entender el capitalismo, el del puro liberalismo inmimsericorde y el de cierta ?pero menguante? protecci?n social de la ciudadan?a.
