A los hermanos Kaczynski les debe quedar bien claro que Europa ?con todos los defectos que tratamos de poner de manifiesto d?a a d?a? tiene que ser el garante del respeto a los derechos y libertades de sus ciudadanos y ciudadanas, independientemente del credo o la ideolog?a que profesen, de su raza o de su opci?n sexual.<\/p>\n<p>Con estos temas no valen tibiezas, medias tintas o contemporizaciones. La <i>Ley de la Lustraci?n<\/i> debe ser paralizada y retirada de inmediato, as? como el proyecto de ley que perseguir? a todo aquel que propugne o hable sobre homosexualidad en el ?mbito educativo o acad?mico, llegando incluso a expulsar de su trabajo en educaci?n a quien revele su homosexualidad. Esperemos que la constituci?n polaca sea suficiente para parar todo este dislate y que no haya que recurrir a la intervenci?n del Tribunal Europeo de Derechos Humanos o a otras medidas coercitivas como la que encabeza el post. Pero si persisten en ello habr?a que decirles que no tienen sitio en la Uni?n Europea, aunque quiz? lo pudieran tener como otra estrellita m?s en la bandera usamericana que tanto admiran sus dirigentes, sobre todo de las correspondientes a la Am?rica profunda.<\/p>\n<p>Para que nos hagamos una idea, la situaci?n polaca es como la que habr?a en el estado espa?ol si gobernaran gentes del Foro de la Familia (Liga de las Familias Polacas, partido al que pertenece el ministro de educaci?n), la COPE (Radio Mar?a), la conferencia episcopal (id.) y lo m?s rancio del PP (Ley y Justicia, el partido de los todopoderosos gemelos).
