Ayuntamientos, centros educativos o firma digital se controlar?n desde Redmond en una cesi?n de soberan?a sin precedentes que pudiera traer problemas en un futuro nada lejano teniendo en cuenta la desastrosa solvencia t?cnica de Microsoft o casos parecidos en la regi?n ??recuerdan el golpe petrolero en Venezuela y qu? suced?a con los ordenadores de PDVSA que se manejaban o monitoreaban desde EEUU??.
